School Pictures

These are some of the school pictures a photographer came and took of the boys at the end of April. So adorable!!!

This is the smile I'm always trying to capture but he won't hold still for me. This is C to a tee

He so funny. He takes things so seriously sometimes.

The J I love!! Do you like the arm tatoo too? LOL! It's a dinosaur egg. Daddy tatted him up the day before not knowing they had school pics coming up. At least he looks like a Kinley with some tatoos on him....since mommy and daddy are tatted up! lol!

Pics

These pics start with the 1st week of April and give highlights up until now. So far behind!

J heading out the door to go hunt some eggs at his school
the big kids getting ready to get some eggs. I had to pick between the boys because C's class was too little to go with the big kids. Since I've watched J hunt eggs a few times I snapped this pic then went and took pics of C's 1st hunt

He wasted no time

He was trying to see what was in the egg

J really helps me out this little vac. He says it's "his". Whatever dude,, I just love what you're doing

Some more from Sea World

The boys and their bikes. Best thing we ever bought them

Right after his bday he started to pick up speed when riding his bike. He now goes flying down the driveway. He's pretty agile though, because we've yet to have a wipe out. He does have a blue one now, so we put this one up for K later

after bath on Father's Day....they would become big bros 24 hours later

checking out sissy on the bed

They love her

C wants to hold her non-stop

5 dyas old & the 1st time daddy really got a chance to hold her, so they took a nap together

the reason i cut C's hair... it was getting out of control. His curls were so cute tho :-/

spying for the road runner out back

still being boys :-)

Better pics of K

Ewww..... that blogger app makes the pics look weird. I'm not saying I have the most beautiful baby in the world, but good golly those pics make her look HORRIBLE!!

Here's some prettier ones.....well at least I think so!

K doesn't wear headbands and bows just yet, but I had to experiment for the camera.

My timing is horrible. This was a smile, well a reflex, but still a smile....but I botched it by snapping a 1/2 sec too late

C is 2....well 2 and some change

You went from little C to BIG C all in a few months. My sweet little red head suddenly morphed into a big boy right after your 2nd bday, which fell on Easter Sunday this year so we broke the celebration up into 2 weekends....lucky for you!

We had some of your favorite friends over for pizza and roasting marshmallows, then the following weekend we spent 2 days at SEA WORLD!!! You loved it, especially feeding the dolphins, where had daddy not noticed you trying to take a head dive into the water with them and grabbed you at the last second, we may have had an "incident" at the dolphin tank.

You make the funniest faces and say full and complete sentences right after you turned 2 as well. You love "wess-el-ing" with J. Still are a great napper and give me NO fights when it's time to take one. Praise Jesus! Daddy discovered that you can count to 13 a couple of weeks before your bday. You were out in the driveway counting the sidewalk chalk in the tub....We were both shocked that you could count that high, as sadly you didn't learn it from either one of us. Thank goodness J teaches you things all day long.

You mimic most things J does, but do prefer some things on your own. You like to play basketball, throw a baseball around and are obsessed with motorcycles. You like to play by yourself a lot, by will play with J when he asks you to. You're a team player and will most likely just go with the flow.

You also have a bit of a destructive side. Taking things apart could be your specialty, most things turn into a gun or some sort of weapon and we're not quite sure how that could morph into a "gift" of yours.

You love to be outside. Riding your bike (we FINALLY got you a blue one, sorry for the pink) is your favorite, but swimming is a close second. Given your climbing skills, which far exceed any child your age, ability to disasemble pretty much anything you want, I'm very thankful that a swimming pool is no longer in our backyard. I'm sure even a pool fence couldn't keep your little crafty side out.

You love to "play" your guitar along with music and hold it like a pro already. We have so many videos of you playing along to your favorite song "never let go" by Matt Redman.

Your such a smiley kid and very easy to discipline. Not sure if that will change but mommy appreciates the grace God gave us in that department these days.

You have a sweet tooth! wow! Popsicles, ice cream and cookies are your favorite. You also love chocolate. You like salad too, but it has to have croutons on it or you will get upset pretty quickly.

I couldn't imagine life with out you. Now that you've become the "middle child" I'm curious if your personality will change more or if you'll still remain the same. Either way, you are one of a kind, so precious and we love you to pieces.

How the bday boy got woken up

The bday boy (or girl now) gets to pick what they want for breakfast. C picked donuts  of course. You can tell he was thoroughly enjoying it!

Later that night we had C's favorite Austin family over for pizza and roasting marshmallows in the backyard.

The boys helping add firewood....this had to be shut down real quick because as usual the testosterone
in them turned it into a competition

His roasting stick became a weapon. Off from the rest of the group fighting off imaginary beasts

Big boy adding putting his marshmallow on after killing whatever with his stick. A true warrior eats with his blood stained weapon. ha! ha!

Since his bday was on Easter we still had to acknowledge it a little. So after lunch we sang the Happy bday song, (his favorite song ever!) and gave him a GIANT cupcake. Hello, Type 2 diabetes!

The next weekend we spent at Sea World!

Waiting to see Shamu

Our climber.....seriously, he scale anything!

We compromised, this is as high as he was allowed to climb.

J not wanting his picture taken. It's hit or miss with him

It wasn't very hot the weekend we were there, but the kids still loved
waiting for this ride to pass by and get splashed by it

This picture is so funny! Perfect timing

Excitement can make him catch some air!

J LOVED getting soaked

A little chilly but angry that we were leaving

C's favorite Sesame Street character.....COOKIE MONSTER!! Go figure. He spotted this blue giant from across the park and started yelling...COOKIE!!!!! He's so funny!

right before the "near catch" T-rav turned his back for a second and even though
I didn't get the dolphin in the pic they are literately right there
